The height of parallelogram is "12 cm" and "24 cm".

Step-by-step explanation:

Let \ the \ height \ of \ parallelogram \ be \ "x".\\The \ base \ be \ "2x".\\Area=?\\\\As \ we \ get\\\\The \ Area \ of \ parallelogram,\\A=base\times height\\\\On \ putting \ the \ values \ in \ the \ above \ formula,we \ get\\\\288=2x\times x\\\\288=2x^2\\\\x^2=144\\\\x=\sqrt{144}\\ \\x=12\\\\Now,\\Height=12 \ cm\\Base=2\times 12=24 \ cm
