GivEn :-

  • Base = 1m 60cm = 160cm.

  • Height = 75cm.

To find :-

  • The area in m².

Solution :-

We know that,

  • Area of parallelogram = base × height

Now, solving,

➳ 160 × 75cm²

➳ 1200 cm²

➳ 1200/100×100 m²

0.12

Hence, the area of the parallelogram is 0.12m²

Given:

  • The base of a parallelogram measures 1m 60 cm and its height is 75 cm.

⠀⠀⠀

To find:

  • Area in m²?

⠀⠀⠀

Solution:

\dag\;{\underline{\frak{As\;we\;know\;that,}}}\\ \\

\star\;{\boxed{\sf{\purple{Area_{\;(parallelogram)} = Base \times Height}}}}\\ \\

:\implies\sf 160 \times 75\\ \\

:\implies\sf 1200\;cm^2\\ \\

\qquad \qquad\tiny \dag \: {\underline{\frak{For\:converting\;area\;in\;m^2,}}} \\

:\implies\sf 1200 \times 0.0001\\ \\

:\implies{\underline{\boxed{\frak{\pink{0.12\;m^2}}}}}\;\bigstar\\ \\

\therefore\;{\underline{\sf{Hence,\;Area\;of\;parallelogram \;is\; \bf{0.12\;m^2}.}}}
