The base of a rectangular building has a perimeter of 50m. How long might its length and width be?

To find :  How long might its length and width be

Solution:

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(Length + width)

Perimeter of rectangular Building = 50 m

=> 2(Length + width) = 50

=> Length + Width =  25  m

if we talk about integer values only

Length can be from 1 to 24  m

& Width can  be from 24 to 1  m

& Length + width  together = 25 m
