By RHS.

Hypotenuse²=base²+altitude²
→5²=4²+altitude²
→altitude²=25-16=9
→altitude=√9=3cm..

So perimeter of a triangle=Altitude+base+hypotenuse=3+4+5=12cm.

Hope it Helps...

By Pythagoras Theorem,

➡( base )² + ( height )² = ( hypotenuse )²

➡ ( 4 )² + ( height )² = ( 5 )²

➡ height = √{ 25 - 16 }

➡ height = √9

↪ height = 3 cm

Now we have all the three sides of a right angled triangle which were required to get the perimeter.

We know that perimeter = sum of all sides

So, Here

▶ Perimeter = base + height + hypotenuse

▶ Perimeter = 3 cm + 4 cm + 5 cm

⏩ Perimeter = 12 cm

Hence the perimeter of the Right - angled triangle will be 12 cm.
