The base of a traingle is 15dm and its height is 12dm. The height of another triangle
of double the area and the base of which is 20dm, is given by​

H=15dm

B=12dm

Area=180dm^2×1/2=90dm^2

area of the triangle that is double than the first one=90×2=180dm^2

Height of the second triangle=1/2×b×h=1/2×20×h=180

=18dm ans
