Heya !!

Total cost of sowing the field = Rs 12960.

Rate per hectare = Rs 960.

Area = Total Cost / Rate = ( 12960/960)

Area = ( 13.5 ) hectares.

Let the altitude of the field be X meters.

Then, Its base = 3X meters.

Area = 1/2 × Base × Height = 1/2 × 3X × X = 3X²/2 m²

=> 3X²/2 = 135000

=> X²= ( 135000 × 2/3 )

=> X² = 90000

=> X = √90000 = 300

Base = ( 3X ) = 3 × 300 = 900 m.

And,

Altitude = X = 300 m.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Total cost of sowing the fields rupees 960 per hectare = Rs. 12960

Area of field = Total cost / cost per hectare

Area = 12960 / 960

Area = 13.5 hectares

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Let the Altitude of the triangle be X m

Then base of triangle = 3X m.

Area of a Triangle = 1/2 × Base × Height .

Area calculated = 13.5 hectares.= 135000m

135000 = 1/2 × X × 3X

135000 × 2 / 3. = X^2

X^2 = 90000

X = 300 m

Hence Altitude of the triangle is 300 m

Base of the triangle is 300 × 3 = 900 n
