Area of a triangle =1/2bh
Base=23cm
Area=161 sqcm
So h=161 . 2/23
h=14cm

Adityabasfood: how get 14
Audi01: 161(2)/23=14

Let the altitude be x
Base =23 cm
Area = 161 sq cm
So,
1/2 * altitude * base = area of triangle
1/2 * x * 23 = 161
23x/2 = 161
11.5x = 161
X = 161/11.5
X = 1610/115
X = 14
So,altitude = 14 cm
Hope it helps...!!!
