Here is ur answer mate:-

Area of a triangle = 1/2 × base × height

Area of this triangle = 36cm²

Height of this triangle = 4cm

let the base of this triangle be 'a'

  • So, to find it's base, we have to compute it as a equation, i.e

1/2 × a × 4 = 36

1/2 × a = 36 ÷ 4

1/2 × a = 9

a = 9 × 2

a = 18 cm

Hence, base of this triangle whose area is 36cm² is 18 cm.
