Answer:

Base of the field is 1200m and Height of the field is 400m.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

Let the height of the triangular field be 'h' metres.

Then the base will be '3h' metres.

Area of triange is=1/2*b*h

A=1/2*3h*h=1/2*3h²

If the cost of cultivating 100 m² field is Rs 25.

Then the cost of cultivating 1 m² field will be Rs.0.25.

Given,Cost of cultivating 1/2*3h² m² field is 60,000

i.e., 1/2*3h²*1/4=60000

3h²/8=60000

h²=480000/3=160000

h=400m.

Then base will be=3h=3*400=1200m.

Hope this helps you..
