The base of a triangular field is three times it's height. If the cost of cultivating the field at rupees 36 per hectare is rupees 486, find it's base and height

Let the height of triangular field be =h, then base = 3h
Now cost of per hectare is 36 and total cost =486
so, area of field = 486/36=13.5
we know that area of triangle is 1/2*b*h
therfore, 1/2*3h*h=13.5
h^2=13.5*2/3=9
h= under root 9=3
and base =3h=3*3=9 ans
