let it's height be 'h'.
and base=3h
therefore area of triangle=1/2×h×3h
3h^2/2
cost of cultivating=Rs486
as cost =rate×area
486=36×3h^2/2
486=54h^2
486/54=h^2
243/27=h^2
81/9=h^2
9=h^2
3=h
hence height (h)=3m and base(3h)=3×3=9m
