The base of a triangular field is three times its height. If the cost of cultivating the field at rs 36 hectares is rs 486, find its base and height (1 hectare= 10000 m sq)

let the height of a triangular field is X m
and its base is 3x m
now
area = total cost/rate
3x*x = 360000/486
3x² = 740.74
x² = 741/3
247
X = √247
15
therefore, height of the triangle is 15m
and it's base is 45 m approximately.
