Step-by-step explanation:

Hello mate

Here is your answer

Let the two equal sides be 2x

Then perimeter of the given triangle = 12+2x.

But, Perimeter of the given triangle = 32 cm.(Given)

So, 12+2x = 32

=> 2x = 32-12

=> x = 20/2

=> x = 10 cm

Now By using Hero's formula

We have - s = 1/2( perimeter of the triangle) [Let the sides be a, b, c]

So, s= 1/2 *32 cm

= 16

Now, Area =s(s-a) (s-b) (s-c)

= {16(16-10)(16-10)(16-12)}cm^2

= (16*6*6*4)cm^2

=(2*2*2*2*3*2*3*2*2*2)cm^2

=(2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2*3*3)cm^2

=(2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2*3*3)cm^2

=(4*4*4*4*9)cm^2

=(64*36) cm^2

=2304 cm^2

Hope it helps
