let the sides be x,x,24

height = √[(side)²-(base/2)²]

= √[x² - 12²]

area = 1/2.base.height

192 = 1/2 . √(x²-12²) . 24

=> 192/12 = √(x²-12²)

=> 16 = √(x²-12²)

squaring on both sides

=> 256 = x²-144

=> x² = 400

=> x = ± 20

but length can't be negetive

=> x = 20cm

perimeter = x+x+2 = 20+20+24 = 64cm
