Answer : Each equal side measure 7/5 cm

Solution :

Base of isosceles triangle = 4/3 cm.

Perimeter of triangle : 4 whole 2/5 = 62/15

Let the other equal side be x

Than, According To Question

x + x + 4/3 = 62/15

2x = 62/15 - 4/3

2x = 62/15 - 20/15

2x = 42/15

x = 42/15 × 1/2

x =21/15 cm

x = 7/5

Hence two equal sides of triangle are of lenght 7/5 cm and 7/5 cm .

I hope it helps you ! thanks.
