Ok so the triangle is an isosceles right triangle then the height must also be equal to 30cm (as the base is)

Now, area of triangle is 1/2 × base × height.

So area of the given triangle will be

 \frac{1}{2}  \times 30 \times 30 =  \frac{900}{2 }  = 450

hence option d is correct.
