ar \: of \: isosceles \: triangle =  \frac{1}{4} b \sqrt{4 {a}^{2} -  {b}^{2}  }  \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  =  \frac{1}{4} 48 \sqrt{4 {(30) }^{2}  -  {(48)}^{2} }  \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:   = 12 \sqrt{4 \times 900 - 2304}   \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:   = 12 \sqrt{3600 -  2304}  \\ \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:   = 12  \sqrt{1296}  = 12 \times 36 = 432 {cm}^{2}
