the base of an isosceles triangle is 10 cm and one of its equal side is 13 cm find its area by using heron's formula​

Answer:

a=10cm

b=c=13cm

s=a+b+c/2=10+13+13/2=36/2=18cm

area of triangle =√(s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c))=√(18(18-10)(18-13)(18-13))

=√18×8×5×5

=60cm²
