base=12cm
perimeter=a+b+c
32=12cm+b+b
32-12=2b
20/2=b
10=b=c
semi perimeter=perimeter/2
32/2=16cm
area=√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
=√16(16-12)(16-10)(16-10)
=√16(4)(6)(6)
=4*2*6
=48

Perimeter
 =perimeter = a + b + c \\ 32 = x + 12 + x \\ 32 - 12 = 2x \\ 20 \div 2 = x \\ x = 10
