The base of an isosceles triangle is 12cm and its  perimeter is 32cm. Find its area. Area of an Isosceles triangle = 
½ x base x √ (equal side )² -(base)²/4
area of scslene triangle :√ s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)sq.units
Where s = (a +b+c)/2 = semi –perimeter of the triangle.​
