    Area of isosceles triangle = b/4 √4a² - b².

Where a = equal sides and b = base .

A/Q,  24/4√4a ² - 24² = 192.

⇒ √4a² - 576 = 192/6

⇒ √4a² - 576 = 32

Squaring both side , we get,

⇒ 4a² - 576 = 32²

⇒ 4a² = 1024 + 576

⇒ 4a² = 1600

⇒ a²  = 400

∴ a = 20.

  • So perimeter = a + a + b = 2a + b = 2 x 20 + 24 = 40 + 24 = 64 cm.

Thank u.
