Let each of equal sides of an isosceles triangle = x cm.

Given, The base of an isosceles triangle = \frac{4}{3} cm

So, Perimeter of a triangle = 4 \frac{2}{15} cm
∵ Sum of three sides = 4 \frac{2}{15} cm

Now, According to question,

x + \frac{4}{3} + x = \frac{60 + 2}{15}
2x = \frac{62}{15} - \frac{4}{3}
2x = \frac{62 - 20}{15}
2x = \frac{42}{15}
⇒ x = \frac{42}{30}

x = \frac{7}{5}

Thus, Each of equal sides of an isoceles triangle is  \frac{7}{5} cm.

Hope This Helps :)
