Let each of equal sides of an isosceles triangle = x cm.

Given, The base of an isosceles triangle $= \frac{4}{3} cm$

So, Perimeter of a triangle $= 4 \frac{2}{15} cm$
∵ Sum of three sides $= 4 \frac{2}{15} cm$

Now, According to question,

⇒ $x + \frac{4}{3} + x = \frac{60 + 2}{15}$
⇒ $2x = \frac{62}{15} - \frac{4}{3}$
⇒ $2x = \frac{62 - 20}{15}$
⇒ $2x = \frac{42}{15}$
⇒ $x = \frac{42}{30}$ 

∴ $x = \frac{7}{5}$ 

Thus, Each of equal sides of an isoceles triangle is $\frac{7}{5} cm$.
