Answer:

base = 4/3cm

perimeter = 22/5 cm

2a + b = 22/5

where a is side and b is base

2a = 22/5 - b

2a = 66 - 20/15

2a = 46/15

a = 23/15

Answer:

Let the remaining sides of an isoscles triangle be x cm.

according to question,

x + x + 4/3 = 4 2/ 15 cm

Or, 3x + 3x +4 /3 = 62/15

Or, 45x + 45x + 60 = 186

Or, 90x = 126

Or, x = 126/90

x = 7/15

hence x = 1 2/15
