The base of an isosceles triangle is 4/5cm.The perimeter of the triangle is 5*3/12what is the length of either of the remaining equal sides ? ​

Base of isosceles triangle= 4/5 cm

Perimeter of the triangle= 5*3/12=15/12=5/4 cm

We know that the sides other than base angle i.e. equal sides are equal

Now,

    Let the equal side be x

    4/5+x+x=5/4

or  2x=5/4-4/5

or 2x=9/5

or x=9/5÷2

or x=9/5×1/2

or x=9/10

Therefore, equal sides = 9/10 cm
