the base of an isosceles triangle is 5 by 3 cm perimeter of the triangle is 6 90/15cm . what is the length of the order of a remaining equal side?​

Here;

Base of the isosceles triangle = 5/3 cm

We know that;

A isosceles triangle has any two sides equal.

Therefore... The 2nd side will be also 5/3 cm.

Now..

Sum of 1st and 2nd side of triangle = 1.66 + 1.66

= 3.32

According to the ques:

Perimeter = 180cm

So 3rd side=( perimeter - sum of 2 equal sides)

= ( 180-3.32) cm

=149.68 cm
