let the equal sides of the an isosceles triangle be X

so, X+X+80=180(angle sum property of triangle)
2x+80=180
2x=180-80=100
X=100/2
X=50

PERIMETER OF AN ISOSCELES TRIANGLE:
X+X+80
=50+50+80
=180

hence, perimeter = 180cm
