If the base of isoceles triangle is 24. Area of isoceles triangle-b*h/2. 192-24*h/2=192-12*h=192/12-h=h-16. Perimeter=2a+b. Perimeter=2*16+24. Perimeter=32+24. Perimeter=56

Let the 2 equal sides be 'x'.
s=2x+24/2 =x+12.
Area= √(x+12)(x+12-24)(12)(12)
=12√(x+12)(x-12)
12√x^2-144=192
√x^2-144=16
Squaring on both sides,
x^2-144=256
x^2=400. x=+20 or -20
Here x can't be negative, so x=20.
Perimeter=2x+24
=2×20+24
=64 cm
