Answer:

60cm sq

Explanation:

Base of the isosceles triangle is 10 cm

One of its equal side is 13 cm, so the third side is also 13 cm

Now, the three sides are a=10,b=13,c=13

According to Hero's formula,

Area of a triangle, A=s(s−a)(s−b)(s−c)

where,

s=2a+b+c

s=210+13+13=18

Now,

A=18(18−10)(18−13)(18−13)

=18(8)(5)(5)

=9(16)(5)(5)

=3×4×5

=60cm2

I hope this is helpful for you ✌
