The base of isosceles triangle is 24 cm and its area is 60 square cm. Find its radius.

Let the the triangle be ABC in which D is mid-point of AC

AC=24 , therefore AD=12cm

Area =60cm

and we know that area of triangle = 1/2×AC×BD

then, 60= 1/2×24×BD

BD = 5 cm

Now, by Pythagoras theorem

AB²= AD² + BD²

AB=13

Now perimeter of ΔABC=AB+BC+AC=2AB+AC (two sides of isosceles triangle are equal)

Perimeter =26+24=50cm
