The base of of a right triangle is 15cm and it’s hypotenuse is 25cm find its area

area of triangle= 1/2 height*base.

to find height use pytha goras theorem

then height will be 20cm

so then apply formula mention above

= therefore, to find its height we have to use pythagoras theorem

= therefore, height = 20 cm

= by substituting the values,

= 1/2 × base × height

= 1/2 × 15 cm × 20 cm

= 1/2 × 300 cm^2

= 150 cm^2.
