Question :

The base of parallelogram with the area 154.4 cm² and height 15 cm is ________.

Answer :

Given :

Area Of Parallelogram - 154.4 cm²

Height of parallelogram - 15 cm

To Find :

Base of Parallelogram

Formula To Find :

Area Of Parallelogram = b × h

b = base

h = height

Solution :

⟶ Area = b × h

⟶ 154.4 = b × 15

⟶ b = 154.4 / 15

⟶ b = 10.29

⟶ b = 10.29 = 10.3

∴ Base Of Parallelogram = 10.29 (10.3) cm

Area = b × h

154.4 = 10.29 × 15

154.4 = 154.4

Formulas To Find Area :

Circle = πr²

r = radius of the circle

Triangle = ½ × b × h

b = base, h = height

Square = a ²

a = length of side

Rectangle = l × b

l = length, b = breadth

Parallelogram = b × h

b=base, h=vertical height

Trapezium = ½(a+b) × h

a and b are the length of parallel sides,

h = height

Area Of Parallelogram - 154.4 cm²

Height of parallelogram - 15 cm

To Find:

Base of Parallelogram

Solution:−

Area = b × h→Area=b×h

154.4 = b × 15→154.4=b×15

→b= 15154.4

b = 10.29→b=10.29

b = 10.29 = 10.3→b=10.29=10.3

∴BaseOfParallelogram=10.29(10.3)cm²

Area = b × h

154.4 = 10.29 × 15

154.4 = 154.4
