Given :-

★Base of right pyramid = 10cm

★Height of the pyramid = 12cm

Find :-

★Slant height

★Lateral surface area (LSA)

★Total surface area (TSA)

★Volume

Solution :-

✯Area of the Base = 10×10 = 100cm²

✯perimeter of base = 10×4 = 40cm

✯Slant height = √r²+h²

⇛√12² + (10/2)²

⇛√12² + 5²

⇛√169

⇛13cm

Hence,The slant height of pyramid is 13cm

✯Curved surface area of pyramid =

⇛1/2 × perimeter of base × slant height

⇛1/2 × 40cm × 13cm

⇛260cm²

Hence, The curved surface area of pyramid is 260cm²

✯Total surface area of pyramid :-

Curved surface area + Area of base

⇛260cm² + 100cm²

⇛360cm²

Hence, The Total surface area of pyramid is 360cm²

Volume of pyramid :-

⇛1/3×base(b)²× height(h)

⇛1/3 × (10cm)² × 12cm

⇛1/3×100×12cm

⇛400cm³

Hence, The volume of pyramid is 400cm³
