Given :-
★ Base of a parallelogram is thrice of it's height.
★ Area of parallelogram = 192 cm²
To Find :-
★ Base & height of parallelogram.
Solution :-
Let the height of the parallelogram be x cm.
Then, the base of the parallelogram = 3x cm
We know,
☞ Area of parallelogram = Base × Height
Substituting the values, we get
Area of parallelogram = 3x² cm²
According to the question, we can write
192 = 3x²
⟹ x = 8
Therefore,
Base of the parallelogram is 3x or 24 cm.
Height of the parallelogram is 8 cm.

Given ,
- Area of parallelogram = 192 cm²
- The base of the parallelogram is thrice it's height
Let ,
- Height of parallelogram be " x "
- Then , base = 3x
We know that , the area of parallelogram is given by
Thus ,
192 = (3x) × (x)
192 = 3(x)²
(x)² = 64
x = √64
x = ± 8 cm
Since , length can't be negative
