The base QR of an equilateral triangle PQR lies on y-axis. The co-ordinates of point R are

(0,-3). The origin is the mid-point of the base. Find the co-ordinates of the point P and Q.

Also find the co-ordinates of another point S such that PQRS is a rhombus.​

now using distance formula we have PQ=PR

we getP=(0,y)

again we have PQ=QR

using dist formula we get y coordinate as √48
