Answer:

Speed is length per time - how much length or distance can you cover in a given amount of time or how long does it take you to travel a certain distance.

volume is length cubed. I.e. length times length times length.

force is mass times acceleration and acceleration is change of speed per time so it is length per time per time so force is mass times length per time per time.

Work is force times displacement or force times length so it is mass times length times length per time per time that also means it is the same dimension as mass times speed squared or energy. Doing work on an object will increase the energy of the object because the energy you give to do the work is conserved.

In SI units speed is m/s but it can also be km/h or any other SI units of length divided by an SI unit for time.

acceleration is m/s^2.

volume is m^3 but we also have 1 L = 1 dm^3 = 1000 cm^3 because 1 dm = 10 cm. This also means that 1 mL = 1 cm^3 since 1000 mL = 1 L.

force is mass times acceleration so it is kg m/s^2.

work is distance times force so it is kg m^2/s^
