we know that area of an isosceles triangle is = 1/2*base*height

so 360 = 1/2*80*h

9 = height

and we know that p^{2}  =  b^{2}  + h^{2}

hence p^{2} [/tex] =1600+81

p = 41

thus perimeter = 80+41+41

perimeter = 162 cm

Answer:

Area of triangle = 1/2 × base×height =360 sqcm

1/2×80× height =360

height =9cm

a sq =h sq+(b/2)^2

a ^2=9^2+(80/2)^2

= 1681

a=41cm

perimeter of the triangle =sum of all sides =a+a+b

= 41+41+80 =162cm
