In SI system the unit of length , mass and time are centimetre (cm) ,
gram (g) and Seconds respectively (s)
While
In Cgs System the unit of length , mass and time are centimeter(cm) ,
gram (g), second (s).

It is a fixed Quatinity as it is the only system of units in use .
While
CGS mechanical units are unambiguously derived from these three base units

Si unit system is international unit system used internationally in measurements .
While
Cgs unit system changes from place to place hence it is used not considered as an international unit

Dimensional formulae are based upon SI unit system.
While
Cgs units are generally dervived through the Si unit system/dimensionally .
