The best method is by using the "Separating funnel" .
Immiscible liquids are those liquids which do not mix or dissolve to each other .so in the separating funnel immiscible liquids are put and gives some resting time so that liquids can settle out resulting in formation of two layers then the bottom liquid can be run out of funnel by opening of tap of funnel located at bottom. Hence these two are separated.
