Hey!!!
No one can motivate you till you don't concentrate on what you are doing. If you want a motivator then you yourself be your motivator because I think that we can convince ourselves better than others can. We know ourselves best and can think ourselves best.
If you still want the sources of internal motivation then you may read biographies of famous personalities and great achievers like Albert Einstein. Their stories may provide you the best motivation. If you want so you may watch videos of the motivators like Sandeep Maheshwari but I think that reading book is the best way. It'll not only motivate you but will also increase your knowledge...
