The biosphere is the life-giving zone. It is the zone where all the three realms that are
lithosphere, atmosphere, and hydrosphere are present. Will life continue to exist even
if one of them is missing? Justify your answer.

Without any of the realm, there would be no survival, no life. Earth would be lifeless.  

The biosphere is most important, therefore, to make it absolute,  each and every layer is very important because we simply can't survive without land, water, and air.
