The biosphere is the life giving zone. It is the zone where all the 3 realms that is lithosphere, atmosphere and hydrosphere are present. Will life continue to exist if one of them is missing? Justify

No, if any of them is missing from the biosphere the life will be impossible on earth. As our life depends on this three realms that is hydrosphere, lithosphere and atmosphere. If any of these vanishes then there will be a vast ecological disbalance and disaster , and as a result life will be impossible on earth.

As the name suggests, the biosphere consists of the plants, the flora and the fauna and the lithosphere consists of molten materials.

There is also a segment called the hydrosphere that contains water and also there are layers that have both organic and inorganic materials.
