The blackest cloud I’ve ever seen squatted over Mussoori, and then it hailed marbles for

half an hour. Nothing like a hailstorm to clear the sky. Even as I write, I see a rainbow forming.

2) It refers to hails .

3)It refers to that there was no sign of rain or hailstorm and the sky has become normal and bright as usual. also sun can be seen due to which rainbow has been formed.
