The blood flows inside the closed tubes in our body but still act as a
medium for transport and exchange of substance between different
parts of the body.

yes because it absorbs nutrients from our small intestine and then carries it to all body parts. similarly it takes in oxygen from alveoli and acts as a a medium of transportation for it too
