See it doesnt have antigen but it does have an Rh antigen so it makes blood group O a universal donor in positives blood group only.
But blood group O negative doesnt even have an antigen nor Rh antigen which makes it a universal donor in the whole A,B,O blood group system.It can even give blood To the A,B,O positives blood group
