Lets Say

Oars are labelled 1 ,2  ,3  ,4 , 5 ,6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10

1  || 2    & 2 || 3  as adjacent are parallel

Corresponding angle of 1 & 2 are Equal

Corresponding angle of 2 & 3 are Equal

=> Corresponding angle of 1 & 3 are Equal

Hence 1 || 3

As 3 || 4

Similarly  we can show 1 || 4  or  2 || 4

This way we can show

1 || 2 || 3 || 4 || 5 || 6 || 7 || 8 || 9 || 10

Hence any two oars on a side are parallel​
