Answer:

When the bob of a simple pendulum is displaced to one extreme position P and then released, it swings towards the centre position Q and then to the other extreme position R. At which position does the bob have maximum kinetic energy?

In ideal condition, energy is conserved during pendulum motion. At extreme ends it has maximum PE which gets completely converted to KE at the centre position which here is Q.

T =5+1=6sec

So in 21 sec 3½ oscillations will be completed and in left 1sec it will be in between if C and D
