The body needs iron to make red blood cells. The red blood cells transport
oxygen to all the cells of the body. People who do not have enough red blood
cells may feel that they do not have much energy. Explain why.

The red blood cells needs haemoglobin. Haemoglobin transports oxygen to all parts of body. If there is no oxygen, then they can't live. Because human beings need oxygen to live.

Iron is used by our body to make a substance called hemoglobin, which carries blood around the body. If a person has Iron deficiency or anemia, they may feel tired. This is because there is not enough Iron in their bodies to produce hemoglobin. And without hemoglobin, blood wouldn't be carried around the body and the person may feel out of breath.
