The body needs iron to make red blood cells. The red blood cells transport
oxygen to all the cells of the body. People who do not have enough red blood
cells may feel that they do not have much energy. Explain why.

The red blood cells transport oxygent to all the cells of the body. This oxygen is used in the process of respiration which occurs inside the cells to release energy from food (glucose). This provides the body with the energy it needs. When there is lack of red blood cells, the required amount of oxygen cannot be transported to the cells. Hence, People who do not have enough red blood cell may feel that they do not have much energy.
