Yes the body of fishes and birds are shaped in a special way.And this shape is called streamlined shape.
It helps both fish as well as birds to move easily in water,air.
streamlined shape offers less resistance thus helping them move freely.
And birds have wings and they are light weighted which helps them move freely in air ...if the birds weren't light weighted then it will gradually fall down due to the weight.
thus they have been made with light ,hollow bones ,and feathers r light tooo.
thus streamlined shape helps them in a lot of ways
