Solution: Boiling point of x is120^oC.

The boiling point of liquid x is:

Given: The boiling point of a liquid x is 20^oC  more than that of water' boiling point.

Boiling point of liquid x= Boiling water of water + 20^oC

Boiling point of water= 100^o c (known)

Boiling point of liquid x = 100^oC+20^oC=120^oC
